Super STEM Saturday (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) welcomes over 2,500 guests to the college campus annually. This interactive, educational event, held in partnership with California State University San Marcos and the San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering, allows students and their families to explore, learn, and discover science, technology, engineering, and math by utilizing interactive hands on events and activities.
Highlights of this fun educational event have included a molecular fashion show, the Civic Youth Orchestra’s recycled instrument concert, and an oceanography exhibit that allows students to touch, feel, and hold various sea creatures. Over 60 hands-on educational booths are on site for students to explore. Hundreds of volunteers, faculty, and companies work together to make this educational event possible. Annual sponsorships and contributions fund this unique north county program. If you have a passion for science, technology, engineering, and math, we want to hear from you!
